Hotel Policies

1. The hotel is intended for temporary residence of guests. The maximum possible stay is no more than a month.

After the expiration of the period for which the place is reserved for the guest, the guest is obliged to vacate the place or extend the reservation. Extension of the stay must be agreed with the hotel administrator.

2. 24 hours a day.

3. Check in time and checkout time

Check in time: 2 p.m.

If there are free places, the guest can be settled before the specified time of arrival (early check-in) in agreement with the administrator.

Checkout time (departure of guests): until 12:00

If there are free places, the hotel administration has the right to provide the guest with the right to leave after the checkout time (late check-out) in agreement with the administrator.

4. A place in the hotel is provided to guests upon presentation of an identity document in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. When providing a place to a foreign citizen or stateless person, it is additionally necessary to require the documents necessary for migration registration.

5. When arriving late, guests will be charged for the actual downtime, but not more than one day.

6. If you are late for more than a day, the reservation is canceled, unless otherwise agreed between the tourist and the administration.

7. Payment for accommodation and services at the hotel is carried out at prices set by the hotel.

8.When placing children under 3 years old on an extra bed, they are provided free of charge.

9. The hotel provides the following services included in the room rate: private bathroom, hairdryer, personal hygiene products, refrigerator, desk, air conditioning, LED TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, two twin or one large bed.

10. Each room has a wardrobe, bedside tables and a safe for storing personal belongings.

11. In the event of the discovery of forgotten things, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. If the owner is not found, the administration stores the forgotten things for 60 days. The administration has the right to impose the costs of storing forgotten things and / or sending them to the owner to their owner.

12. In order to ensure the safety of guests in public areas, video surveillance is carried out.

13. A person staying at a hotel must:

• comply with the rules of residence established in the hotel;
• keep clean in the hotel room;
• strictly observe fire safety rules;
• keep silence in the hostel from 23:00 to 07:00;
• indemnify for loss or damage to hotel property.

14. The hotel is prohibited:

• leave unauthorized persons in the rooms, as well as give them a guest card, room keys;
• to store bulky things, flammable materials, weapons, drugs, defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• rearrange furniture in rooms;
• eat in the rooms;
• keep animals and birds;
• consume alcoholic and low-alcoholic beverages in all areas of the hotel, be in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication;
• disturb the peace of guests staying at the hotel;
• smoking in all rooms, except for places specially designed for this purpose, in accordance with Federal Law N 15-ФЗ "On the Protection of Citizens' Health from the Effects of Tobacco Smoke and the Consequences of Tobacco Use".

For smoking a guest in non-designated places, a penalty will be charged by the hotel administration, or a guest can be evicted from the hotel without a refund, including for the next day.

15. The hotel administration reserves the right to prematurely interrupt the guest's stay and evict him if he is in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other type of intoxication or in case of other violations of the rules of residence at the hotel and / or public order without a refund, including for subsequent day.

16. The hotel rooms are sanitary once a day.

17. The hotel administration is not responsible for the operation of city communications (emergency shutdown of light, water, heat, etc.).

18. A book of reviews and suggestions is available at the hotel and is issued at the request of guests.

19. In the absence of a guest at the place of residence for more than a day without warning the hotel administration, the administration has the right to create a commission and draw up an inventory of the property of the absent guest and transfer it to storage, subsequently charging the guest with a storage fee according to the price list approved by the hotel administration. The administration takes possible measures to search for a guest and return forgotten things (at the guest’s expense).

20. In case of complaints from the guest, the administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict.

21. When checking into the hotel, guests should read the instructions on fire safety rules at the hotel.

22. In cases not provided for by these rules, the administration and the consumer (hotel guest) are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

23. For damage to the property of the hotel will be fined in the amount established by the hotel.
